RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A Fabiboutique.com customer must buy his products without uncertainties.

That’s why if the product that we have sent you is not what you wanted and you are not satisfied with it, if the size is not the correct one, if there has been an error and the item that you received is not what you expected… well… you just have to send it back to us.

The conditions in which this can happens are:
- The return or exchange must be done within 21 days from order date.
- The item must be intact and not used.
- The original tag must not have been removed.

If these requests are fulfilled we can:
A - Change the product
B - Refund the charge

To proceed to your return or refund you must create a return/exchange request from your account page in the Fabi Boutique website. We will then contact you as soon as possible giving you all the instructions on what to do.

In case of a return/exchange the sending-back shipping expenses are at your charge.

IMPORTANT: we can't accept restitution of products that do not respect the above mentioned procedure.
