Rights of the data subject [articles 7 Privacy Code and 15 GDPR]
In your capacity as “Data Subject” you have the right to obtain confirmation whether or not processing of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, is under way, and in this even to obtain access to the personal data and to the following information:
